Afgelopen weekend was het internationale treffen van de Sietekaristen uit ‘t Brugsche in Brugge. Het weer was echt super, net als het weekend zelf.

Mijn nieuwe “therapie”.

Wat houdt het in? Je schrijft een brief aan of over iemand. Maak het zo erg als je wilt, wordt zo boos als je wilt, het maakt allemaal niet uit. Als je hem geschreven hebt, verbrandt je de brief (in de tuin bijv., maar zorg dat er niks anders in de fik vliegt!) zonder dat je hem aan iemand hebt laten lezen. Je voelt je daarna echt beter!
